When will I receive my monthly loyalty bonus?
You will receive your monthly bonus in the first week of each calendar month. Players need to maintain premium status for three months to be credited with bonus points according to the lowest premium tier they maintained in the previous three months.

How do I access my Loyalty Rewards profile information?
Once you've logged in to the software, select the heart shaped 'Loyalty' icon from the menu bar, or the drop down menu when in browser. Click it to open up your Loyalty Rewards programme information. Here, you can redeem your Loyalty Rewards points for casino bonus credits and see the latest loyalty specials.

What happens if I don't accumulate enough Loyalty Rewards points in a month?
Maintaining your level is a month-by-month effort. You will drop a loyalty level if you don't accumulate the required number of points to hold on to your current status (except for the Silver level).

Will my Loyalty Rewards points expire?
If your Loyalty Rewards points haven't been used in 60 days since being acquired, they will expire.

How can I redeem my Loyalty Rewards points ?
Go to the Loyalty Rewards page in your 7Sultans software and click the Redeem Loyalty Points button. Take note, you may redeem a minimum of 5,000 loyalty points at a time.

Terms and conditions

At least one deposit must be made at the casino in order to redeem points and receive the 2,500 points.
A minimum of 5,000 points may be redeemed.
Loyalty Rewards points expire after 60 days if they are not redeemed.

The monthly loyalty bonus is only awarded if you have maintained at least a Gold-level status for three or more consecutive months, and you have made a deposit at least once a month over the previous 90 days.
The ongoing loyalty bonus that you will receive will be equal to the bonus attributed to the lowest tier you have maintained over the 90-day period.
Maintenance of a tier means that you must earn enough base points in a 30-day period to meet the qualification criteria for that tier.
